30 Range Hood - 48" Range Hoods At Low Prices

The 48" range hood can be purchased as ducted or ductless, depending on your kitchen requirements. These two types of venting hoods can also be manufactured for island stoves where they are mounted to the ceiling in the middle of a kitchen. Alternatively, wall mounted range hoods are mounted to the wall above a stove. The wall mounted range hoods are the popular choice for most buyers they are more practical to install.

These range hoods are attached to the ceiling and hang over the central island, above the stove. Having these hoods as ducted can be a problem as air ducts need to be installed into the ceiling and channelled outside. Normally there isn't enough room to add this sort of unit into the ceiling.

The most common and easier solution is to purchase a ductless island range hood where the steam and stale air is recirculated through filters and then vented back into the room as filtered air. As long as the filters are replaced or cleaned on a regular basis the air will stay fresh.

These range hoods are a lot easier to install and will fit into any size kitchen, the 48" range hood is a perfect size to install above the stove. These kitchen range hoods can also be purchased as ducted and ductless vents.
